On May 21, 2026, the School of Accounting held a faculty-student forum for mid-term teaching inspection in Room 245 of the Quanxue Building. Attendees included Xiaodong ZHANG, Associate Dean of the School of Accounting; Kejing CHEN, Associate Dean; Yunyun JIN, Director of the Accounting Department; Jing XU, Deputy Director of the Financial Management Department; Ming QU, Director of the Experimental Teaching Center and faculty representative from the Auditing Department; Yukun PAN, Deputy Director of the Asset Appraisal Department; Xiaodong LIU, Teaching Secretary; and over 70 students representatives.

Prior to the forum, the School conducted a teaching quality survey to all students, collecting 978 valid responses covering areas such as teaching management, course scheduling, instructor delivery, and teaching facilities, thereby fully preparing for the successful convening of the symposium.
During the forum, faculty members addressed the issues highlighted in the survey one by one and offered targeted recommendations: encouraging students to communicate promptly with instructors when encountering difficulties in classroom learning; guiding students to clarify learning objectives and make sound academic plans based on the curriculum framework; and promising to relay feedback regarding teaching management and facilities to the relevant instructors and administrative departments. In addition, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as assessment methods, group assignments, flipped classrooms, course scheduling, and academic paper writing techniques.
Through regular faculty-student forum, the School can promptly identify and address teaching-related issues, maintain open lines of communication between faculty and students, continuously improve teaching management mechanisms, and comprehensively enhance classroom teaching quality and talent cultivation standards.
