Two Courses from Accounting School Win National First-Class Recognition

Recently, the Ministry of Education announced the certification results for the third batch of national first-class undergraduate courses. The School of Accounting has achieved two more landmark accomplishments in its national undergraduate course construction. The course "Virtual Simulation Experiment Project for Management Accounting" led by Professor Zhen Hongxian, was recognized as a national first-class virtual simulation experiment course. The course "Financial Statement Analysis" , led by Associate Professor Yu Yue, was recognized as a national first-class online and offline blended course. To date, the school has received recognition for 8 national first-class undergraduate courses and 28 provincial first-class undergraduate courses.

The School of Accounting has always regarded undergraduate course construction as a core driver for talent cultivation. Closely aligned with the university's goal of building a first-class digital finance and economics institution, and grounded in the discipline's characteristics and professional strengths, the school has fully promoted teaching reform and innovation in its courses. It has developed a range of high-quality courses that are advanced, innovative, and challenging, thereby laying a solid foundation for cultivating top-tier innovative talents.

The recognition of these two courses as national first-class undergraduate courses is a fruitful achievement resulting from the university's high emphasis on undergraduate talent cultivation and its vigorous promotion of educational and teaching reforms. More importantly, it powerfully reflects the School of Accounting's outstanding capabilities in course construction, teaching team development, and teaching model innovation, demonstrating its commitment to deep investment in course development and adherence to the requirements of building courses with advanced, innovative, and challenging elements to continuously enhance teaching quality.
