A Paper by School of Accounting Faculty Accepted for Publication in Leading International Journal Review of Accounting Studies

Recently, the paper titled “Is accounting the English language of business? The role of language in IFRS adoption and information loss,” co-authored by Associate Professor Wenzi Zhuang from the School of Accounting, Senior Lecturer Jenny Xinjiao Guan from Monash University, Assistant Professor Emily Shafron from Texas A&M University, and Professor Kangtao Ye from the National Institute of Accounting in Beijing, was published online in the top international accounting journal Review of Accounting Studies.

Review of Accounting Studies is one of the five top international journals in accounting and enjoys high academic prestige. This achievement, marking the tenth research output from the School of Accounting published in international top-tier journals in recent years, is crucial for further enhancing the influence of the university and the accounting discipline both domestically and internationally.
