Abstract:
Enterprise listing and mergers and acquisitions are the core of capital market business. The biggest benefit and significance of listing is to enable enterprises to establish long-term and stable financing channels and platforms. Enterprises can also continuously finance from the capital market according to their own needs, achieving more leapfrog and qualitative development.
