On the morning of September 1st, School of Accounting at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and Hunan Tianqin Consulting Group held a signing ceremony for the practice base at Room 233 of Quanxue Building. Mr. Huiping Guo, Chairman of Hunan Tianqin Consulting Group, Ms. Yongping Li, President of Hunan Tianqin Consulting Group, Professor Hang Liu, Dean of the School of Accounting, Associate Professor Xiaofang Dong, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch, Rui Liu, Director of the Training Affairs Office, and Xiaoyi Gao, Degree Secretary of the Training Affairs Office, attended the signing ceremony.

Hang Liu first warmly welcomed the two leaders and their delegation of Hunan Tianqin Consulting Group and led Huiping Guo and Yongping Li to visit the publicized cultural wall of School of Accounting. During the symposium, he introduced the basic situation of School of Accounting to the two guests, including development history, majors’ setting, teaching staff, and talent cultivation. He expressed the hope that both parties can take this opportunity of signing the practice base agreement to engage in wide-ranging and in-depth cooperation, and build a solid platform for students to have internships and employment opportunities in the central region.

Huiping Guo pointed out that Dongbei University of Finance and Economics enjoys a prestigious reputation among finance and economic universities in China, and the accounting major is second to none. He introduced Hunan Tianqin Consulting Group from the aspects such as development background, business sectors, and regional advantages, and stated that the signing of this agreement marks a promising beginning for cooperation between both parties. He hopes that with the joint efforts and implementation of the cooperation, they can create more high-quality internship and employment opportunities for students, and strive to enhance the influence of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in the central region. Yongping Li expressed that in the future, both parties can achieve university-enterprise collaboration in areas such as enrollment promotion, internship and employment, alumni resources, and explore the establishment of a long-term talent transfer mechanism.

Xiaofang Dong introduced the situation of new students and the overview of internships and employment of the school. She expressed that both parties can attract high-quality students through enrollment promotion, organize alumni activities to gather elites from all various industries, and hold special job fairs to recruit outstanding talents. After the symposium, Hang Liu and Huiping Guo, as representatives of both parties, signed the agreement for the practice base.
