After graduating from university with a major in finance, Zhang has worked for companies such as KOKKA Corporation in Japan, American Medical International Group, and Volkswagen in Germany. She has served in companies of different cultural backgrounds and has experienced life in the workplace in different environments.

In the second half of her life, she started to study Chinese traditional ideological and cultural scholarship and realized the “unity of knowledge and action”, “Isn’t it a joy to learn something new, then review and practise it from time to time?”, and “the Principle of Master Study”.
