Abstract:

In 2005, ZTE established the first financial shared service center of Chinese enterprises, and in 2013 established the first global financial shared service center headquartered in China. This course is based on ZTE’s nearly 20 years of globalization practice, introducing the concept, development process, changes brought to enterprises, and the core management system for establishing a shared service center, and also combines the application of digitization and intelligence in the field of financial shared service to interpret the future demand for financial talents.

The course mainly includes the following content:

1. What is financial sharing?

2. How to establish a shared service center?

3. Digital practice of financial shared services.

4. Talent cultivation in shared service centers.
