Speaker Profile:
Mr. Liu holds an MBA from the University of Montreal in Canada and serves as an industry mentor for master's students at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and other institutions. His career spans government agencies and primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. He has held senior management positions including Chief Financial Officer, Human Resources Director, Chief Operating Officer and Board Secretary, Dean of Research Institute, President, and Vice Chairman of the Board in multinational corporations, listed companies, Fortune 500 enterprises, and state-owned enterprises. He has practical experience across all functional areas within enterprises and has led the strategic planning and operational implementation of innovation-driven business initiatives in large corporate groups on several occasions.

Abstract:

1. Understanding the value of finance professionals in modern management, with examples of accounting graduates among contemporary renowned business leaders.

2. A case-based analysis of the value chain in corporate management and the demands placed on outstanding financial managers by the characteristics of the current era.

3. Using real-world examples of financial value-added in business processes to illustrate the pathways for competency development – including holistic strategic awareness, professional execution, and inner resilience building.
